At Stack Production Testing Inc.

We are committed to preventing accidental injury, environmental release or loss of any resources, including personnel and physical assets. In fulfilling this commitment to protect people, environment and property, Stack Production Testing will provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Zero unsafe behaviors and conditions leads to zero incidents

We will direct work in accordance with industry standards and adhere to all applicable legislative requirements. Management, employees and contractors will be competent to perform the required tasks, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, the environmental incidents, accidents, or personal injury/illness.

Through education, on the job training, inspections of worksites, as well as exceeding basic safety standards on a daily basis, Stack Production Testing will always strive for a zero incident worksite. It is our goal to minimize all risks inherent in our industry by maintaining and improving our Health and Safety Management System on a continuous basis.

  • New Employees are trained and supported to excel in the production testing industry

HSE Training Program

We have an extensive safety training program including but not limited to the following:

  • IRP 4
  • First Aid
  • Backing and Spotting
  • Confined Space
  • H2S Alive
  • Alcohol And Drug Training & Testing
  • Fall Arrest
  • Gas Detection

All training is tracked and reporting through Safety Sync. Certifications and documents are in a cloud base system for easy access at any location.

Stack retains a maximum standard of training for all employees to perform day operations.
